We provide counseling that is self-empowering, goal-focused, and relationship-oriented. Our office setting is a supportive and comfortable environment. Our specialties include marital and couples difficulties (including separation and infidelity), depression, anxiety, parent/child conflicts, and work stress.

RATES FOR SERVICES

Our standard rate is $125 per session (sessions last 50 to 60 minutes). Fees are payable via credit/debit card, cash, or check and are charged at the beginning of each session.

For clients who use insurance, sessions last 45 to 50 minutes (as per insurance coverage standards).

A sliding scale, based on household income, is available for clients going through economic distress. Please inquire.

Qualified Supervisor, approved by the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling, since 2001.

My clinical orientation follows a systemic family therapy approach with a solution-oriented slant. I have been influenced by Bill O’Hanlon’s brief therapy model, Milan Systemic Therapy, Sue Johnson, and John and Julie Gottman.

We are in-network providers for the following insurance companies: Aetna, Baycare EAP, Cigna, Evernorth, Optum, and United.

This also includes subsidiaries of the above major insurances.

If your coverage is through a PPO, we are out-of-network providers for most other insurance plans.
