Fees are payable via cash, check or PayPal and are charged at the beginning of each session. Our standard rates are as follows:
Initial interview . . . $80
Extended assessment . . . $125
Individual session (50 minutes) . . . $80
Couples session (50 minutes) . . . $80
Family session (50 minutes) . . . $80
Extended family session (75 minutes) . . . $125
Sliding scale also available.
The insurance companies and EAPs we are in-network providers for include Cigna, Prime Health, United, ComPsych, CompCare, Magellan, and Ceridian. We are also out-of-network providers for many of the other insurance plans.
SCHEDULING
Appointments may be scheduled by calling (727) 674-5053. If we are in session when you call, leave a message with your name and phone number and let us know when is the best time to reach you.
CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call and give at least 24 hours notification. This notification allows us to assign the time slot to clients needing an earlier appointment. Clients not giving 24-hour notice will be billed $65 for the missed appointment, and the fee must be paid prior to the next appointment.
